UPDATES AND NEWS FLASH!
Sometimes events get changed, sometimes they get called off. Sometimes events have more information of importance and we want you to get those updates and news quickly. Check here for any news updates or event changes. We will do our best to keep this page as current as possible.

News
Our calendar has been put together, and under the "news" category you will see a list of dates of evnets that have been put together for AVMRA and other organizations. We did our best to ensure our events can coincide with one another. Some information is currently unavailable but will be updated when the information comes available. Hope you can attend our events, we would love to have you there

HONOR GUARD
Our Honor Guard has now been reinstated. Please show your support. One hour a week of your time is all that we ask. This is the time to come and learn the proper way to fold the American Flag and the proper presentation to the grieving family of their lost soldier. It's not alot of your time, and we need your support.

The Dignity Vietnam Traveling Wall
The Traveling Wall will be passing through NW Indiana. A motorcycle escort will be traveling with The Wall. The Wall will be making a stop at Kuiper Funeral Home in Highland where we will then escort The Wall from there into Chicago. The Dignity Vietnam Traveling Wall was locally in July of 2002. Please help make this escort as grand as we can possibly make it.

Ch 1 Sunday Breakfast
Ch 1 has Sunday breakfast at Franky's Restaraunt located on 169th Street, Hammond (Hessville) located across the street from Morton High School. This is not an event. It's just a nice time to get together to chat and at times we get together just before attending an event. Good food, great company, it's just a time to have a nice breakfast with friends.
